He has got a unique style kinda like the Obrafour just that he mostly sings with the pure African vibe. He got it, this dude is sitting on millions. He is a real talent!

SEDEM of YB Click addresses the disunion in the Kumasi music scene

The YB Click honcho "Don Sedem" as we know him today made a reflection of the past on his facebook. Well we know there has been a misunderstanding between himself and the two Tubhani Beatz producers (Denswag & Cobby Fresh) lately which resulted in an altercation and he was tagged a hater of Amerado by the duo.

Yesterday he posted

a picture on facebook of a song which featured G Ranks, Ice Box, Kobby Dope, Jeneral Jay, O.H and Lex Wealth. Well this song was produced by Cobby Fresh of Tubhani Beatz. He captioned the picture "BACK WHEN WE WERE ALL ON THE SAME PAGE, LITERALLY". He indirectly says the boys are not on the same page anymore. Could there be division among them?

They call this the BET Hip Hop Awards Cypher. The two rappers Boss Bouncy and Slim Khala both are some serious rappers from Oseikrom.

meet the GUM Awards Artist of the Year 2015. Launches EP at Kona Bar & Grill

His name is 1 CEDI, lol quite a funny name right? haha me sef e dey funny me. but heyy dont let the funny stage name fool you. The guy got so many titles in the upcoming world to his name. Number one is GUM Awards Artist of the Year 2015, Winner of URBANROLL PROJECT500 and EXOPA FACE Artist of the Year 2013. This guy is one of the many upcoming talents Ghana has seen.

Well, if you're wondering what GUM Awards is, its Ghana Underground Music Awards. Its the only awarding program for up and coming talents in the country. It began its operations only last year.

Lets focus on the main aim of this piece. This great talent launches his EP "Golden Tomorrow" at the Kona Cafe & Grill at the Osu Oxford Street. Artists like TEEPHLOW, GEMINI, ANNE TELLO, KUEIQU KNICKLES, TORGBE, KAY DIZZLE and our very own KWAME BAAH are on the bill to perform.

Unfortunately our source couldn't record the full interview. But chale we get am for here and wait oo what did POPE SKINNY mean by "3y3 a 3mma mo nk) baabi a rappers nni" in translation "you people shouldn't go to where there are no rappers" yes infact me ho dwirii me yie. AAh wait oo Pope Skinny meant there are no rappers in Kumasi anaa s3 s3n? anaa he meant Pluzz FM?? me de3 im still confused i soak the audio saa me nte ase3. Archipalago b3 se3 "ME BO AFU PAA" aaah na Pope Skinny too wossop. The guy is no doubt on the rise. He gets featured in this weekend's edition of Ghanaian Times Newspaper. Wow this is a big move. Chale Amerado you dey go far ooo herhh.

KWAME YOGOT takes it too far on new "AMERADO" diss track

This beef looked quite friendly lyrical battle to the rest of us, but it seems KWAME YOGOT isn't ready to play. He drops an AMERADO diss track "John Boy".

The lyrics in this track is somehow extreme but his flow is on point though. On this one of Kumasi's own producer "Lazzy Beatz" produced this one. Will Amerado hit back? Well lets see. 

He still took to his facebook to write a lengthy post dissing AMERADO claiming, he is not even known in his own city. Check from the screenshot below

Chale morro will be fire k3k3, Dze Boss Tunes brings Kumasi together at the Bantama Vino Street Jam. This is a great move and hope this continues afterwards. Kumasi boys heat for real. This is what we want to see in our city.

But we have some concerns. Is it for only artist friends of Dze Boss or its the whole city? Checked out the artists on bill and its like half of the other names we were expecting are not there. Kumasi rapper disses "CRISS WADDLE'S boy" He says SHOWBOY i'm richer than you

One of the rappers from Kumasi "YPEE" recently had a track with SHOWBOY of 2HYPE NATION, you know him as CRISS WADDLE's boy.

Well it seem to us as a publicity stunt but well since he's a Kumasi artist we care we had to delve into the matter for details. From sources it seems SHOWBOY is mad he (YPEE) didn't sign with his 2HYPE NATION but instead with XTWO ENTERTAINMENT. Things have been rough between them after that move and it seems the two take to snapchat and facebook to rain insults on the other.

SEDEM of YB CLICK fights with TUBHANI BEATZ over AMERADO

Yesternight saw the actual division in the Kumasi music scene. Don Sedem of YB Click was in a heated altercations with the two TUBHANI BEATZ producers (Denswag and Cobby Fresh).

It all started right in the comment section of our story on Amerado dropping "Beast Attitude" and taking shots at Kwame Yogot and 2Fyngerz.

Either Sedem's comment was misunderstood or he was indeed a hater (well for that we can't really tell). This is what he said; "Siano Streets, this isn't the only thing happening in Kumasi"

Immediately after Sedem's comment, Cobby Fresh of Tubhani Beatz also replied saying Sedem is hater.

Cobby's comment really sparked a lot of tension and had rebuttal comments from Sedem and Boss Bouncy (African Trap Lord)

Just then, Denswag of Tubhani also joined with this comment. Lol looked like a planned attack.

BENK MONI finally drops the much awaited video for one of the most popular songs in Kumasi "Mmaa wo Adum"

Trust me this video is just off the hook, was set right in the centre of Adum with amazing visuals. The video is said to be directed by Ohene-Djan of Ohene Media (OM).

AMERADO drops 'Beast Attitude' take shots at 2FYNGERZ & KWAME YOGOT

Well the beef between Kwame Yogot, 2Fyngerz, Azee and Amerado finally dies down, during it all Amerado played the silent card.

He recently released a track called "Beast Attitude" on which we believe he took indirect shots at KWAME YOGOT and 2FYNGERZ. It takes a musical ear to really make out the punchlines and shots he threw on this joint.

shots at 2FYNGERZ he goes like;

Reason why we believe these lines are directed at 2FYNGERZ is because, after their battle 2Fyngerz dropped an Amerado diss record and he stated again Amerado has a one way flow. He even said his style of rap is outdated and eneded with an advice that Amerado is better off selling Meat Pie and Cocoa Drink in the streets.

These lines are no doubt directed at KWAME YOGOT the self acclaimed "Rap Comedian, since he was the only Accra rapper who failed to show up for the battle but rather made a facebook video to diss him (Amerado). KWAME YOGOT told him to get a Tubhani Beat in his diss video and yes, indeed he got a Tubhani Beatz and dissed him. ajeiii, agor) no ay3 d3!!!

MUNUNKUM wins the battle. "AMERADO versus MUNUNKUM" Pluzz 89.9 FM

There has been a lot of heat currently in the upcoming rap scene. After AMERADO throws battle challenge to all Accra rappers a couple of them showed up. He battled 2FYNGERZ and the final was between him and MUNUNKUM.

Well the battle happened this morning on PLUZZ 89.9 FM in Accra and according to the judges MUNUNKUM emerged the winner of the battle. Even though a couple of rap fans do not agree with the verdict and have been showing their disagreements on social media.

MUNUNKUM's win doesn't seem to go well with one of Kumasi's popular blogger "KOMLA SWAT ABORGA" and a couple of rap fans. They claim MUNUNKUM's raps are so weak and doesn't deserve the title.

AMERADO himself took to his facebook page to congratulate MUNUNKUM

AMERADO had a rap battle with MUNUNKUM this morning on PLUZZ FM 89.9 in Accra. Even though those of us in Kumasi did not get the chance to listen to the battle on air but according to comments from rap fans show AMERADO lost the battle to MUNUNKUM.

2FYNGERZ currently released a diss song to AMERADO of which we are still waiting for a response. Just after the battle 2FYNGERZ took to his facebook page to mock Amerado and tells him to stop rapping he should find something else to do. He says " He figa say we dey joke for accra here anaa"
